JP&A requests that the parties share:

• the cost of its hourly rate, which ranges from $150 to $250, depending on the complexity of the case; and 

• its long distance telephone and travel expenses, if any.  

Parties who are jointly represented are treated as one party for purposes of apportioning JP&A’s fee.
